Now Hiring - Manufacturing Outside Sales Representative - Oil & Gas in San Antonio, TX

ANDON Specialties, Inc. is searching for an Account Leader to expand and support our South Texas territory.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Responsibilities:

• Deliver bookings/gross profit and other assigned quotas
• Create/identify, manage, and close opportunities for products and services within assigned accounts
• Provide leadership/direction to inside sales team
• Develop, maintain, and monitor an evolving sales plan in alignment with business objectives that include strategies, action plans, measurements, and dates
• Foster and build relationships within assigned accounts
• Actively support the business development manager’s strategies
• Update and actively use organization’s CRM to manage business opportunities and communicate progress/activity

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Preferred experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Industrial sales experience
• Industry experience serving the oil & gas market
• Process automation/instrumentation and/or analytical sales experience

LOCATION: Our corporate office is located in Houston. This position, however, will cover San Antonio and surrounding areas. Travel will be in the assigned territory.
